Who We Are
Ivy Management, LLC (“IM”), provides superior credit and capital access to alternative consumer finance companies. With a primary focus on Credit Services Organization (CSO) lending, Ivy Management has a passion for structured finance. With CSO financing as a foundation, IM has branched off into other areas of funding in the Specialty Finance sector. We are proud to provide capital in senior debt, mezzanine, and equity positions while also serving as professional money managers and expert loan portfolio analysts.
Ivy Management primarily concentrates on middle-market companies and utilizes forms of mezzanine capital used to supplement a company’s debt capacity beyond standard banking credit limitations and at a substantially cheaper alternative to equity financing. The firm is managed by executives with a combined total of more than 50 years of experience in leveraged lending, banking, investment banking, operational management, accounting, and consulting.
